CAFE25, THE ULTIMATE & FAST LIFT KEEL MINI-CRUISER!
Completely redesigned in 2006, the Cafe25 offers large and inviting interior, spacious enough for 3-5days trips. The hull lines are reflecting our proven Cafe27/28 design, fast in light winds, seaworthy in not so ideal weather conditions. It combines exceptional stability, maneuverability and easy handling! The yacht has been conceived for safe, comfortable and fast family cruising in 3 to 4 crew as well as single handed. Its quality and performance will satisfy not only a first time sailors but also a demanding skipper with experience. Optional inboard engine gives to this yacht total independence in cruising with comfort and autonomy. Lift keel option allows easy transport & access to the remote beaches!

HULL & DECK:
The hull and deck are multiaxial fabrics, & balsa sandwich. This way of construction allows us to save weight, add stiffness & insulate the boat from heat & cold. The sandwich continues all the way to the floor level, to keep the condensation only in the bilge. The structural web frame as well as lift keel well is laminated in place to assure full structural integrity.

INTERIOR:
Spacious and inviting interior with focus on simplicity, functionality, style & class. Forward berth is 2.0m long with hatch above and may be separated from amidships by privacy curtain. Main saloon features settee for four with full sitting headroom. We offer two interior layouts. One with focus on cruising and the other with focus on day sailing.
The cruising layout offers accommodations for 4 crew, ideally family with children. A galley is to the port side. Stainless sink and alcohol stove will assure full galley services aboard! The table is installed above the keel. Aft berths (underneath the cockpit) are very cozy and comfortable at 2.0m of length. This area could be also utilized as a sail locker, outboard engine storage etc. Easily accessible through seat hatch. The interior and overhead is fastener free which gives to the boat clean and professional finish.

EXTERIOR:
Low maintenance oriented but high definition exterior with molded in antislip and through bolted stainless hardware, UV- resistant accessories. Wide cockpit with molded seats will accommodate 6 people. A swim latter, rudder and engine bracket are transom mounted. (4) seat hatches for storage access. Teak decking or MarineDeck200 also available for installation.

RIGGING & APPENDAGES:
10.5m aluminum deck stepped fractional mast with single spreaders, stainless wire stays and adjustable stainless turnbuckles. Deploy-able aluminum gennaker pole.
Rudder is semi-balanced, transom mounted. Keel is a performance foil, constructed to bring the centre of gravity as low as possible.

Offering full range of sails as well as custom sailplan!
